Position Summary :
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who excels in organization, writing, and technology. The ideal candidate will have strong familiarity with Microsoft Office 360 and associated programs, a knack for using AI tools to streamline processes, and the utmost discretion in handling sensitive information. You’ll support our leadership by managing communications, completing administrative tasks, running errands, and being prepared to travel when needed.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide high-level administrative support to executives, managing schedules, communications, and meeting arrangements.
• Utilize Microsoft Office 360 and related programs (e.g., SharePoint, OneDrive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for collaboration and task management.
• Develop and format documents, presentations, and reports with excellent attention to detail, ensuring zero errors.
• Write and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents with clarity, professionalism, and a creative touch.
• Maintain strict confidentiality in handling sensitive information and communications.
• Effectively articulate ideas, means, and thoughts in verbal and written communication.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline project completion.
• Run errands as needed to support daily operations and travel to various locations when required.
• Manage tasks independently, anticipating needs and acting proactively with minimal guidance.
• Adapt to changing priorities with a flexible, energetic approach and a positive attitude.
• Ability to gather and organize departmental reports to ensure board meeting readiness

Qualifications :

• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and associated Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent writing skills with strong attention to grammar, style, and formatting.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing polished, professional documents.
• Ability to integrate AI tools for project efficiency and innovative solutions.
• Highly organized, creative, and energetic, with a personable and approachable demeanor.
• Strong ability to articulate ideas and communicate effectively with different audiences.
• Discretion and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Willingness to travel as needed and availability for flexible work hours.
• A valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Familiarity with administrative best practices and a track record of producing error-free work.
