Position Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and scheduling support to our home care team. In this role, you will assist the Scheduling Coordinator with maintaining caregiver schedules, communicating updates to clients and staff, and ensuring records remain accurate and up to date. You will also handle general office duties such as answering phones, filing, preparing documents, and supporting caregiver onboarding. This position plays a key role in keeping the office running smoothly and making sure client and caregiver needs are met in a timely, professional, and compassionate manner. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and an excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
