A Day in the Life

Your Mission: As an Advanced Aerospace Machining Specialist, you will breathe life into metal and parts, fabricating, repairing, and refining aviation components with an intricate mastery that aligns with FAA-approved technical guidelines. From setting up advanced CNC machines to interpreting intricate technical drawings, every task you take on drives the standards of excellence and safety we uphold.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Operating cutting-edge CNC machinery, aligning your expert touch with required specifications.
• Deciphering complex engineering prints and specs, becoming our hands-on solution at the cutting edge of aviation technology.
• Documenting repair work with precision, ensuring everything aligns per FAA and internal standards.
• Inspecting components and guaranteeing that each piece meets rigorous quality benchmarks.
• Collaborating with Quality Assurance and Engineering teams to conquer any non-conformance hurdles.
• Maintaining a proactive inventory system for our tools and supplies, ensuring operational efficiency.

The Skills That Matter

• Seven years of experience, with an option to substitute a Bachelor's or technical degree for three years.
• Expertise in precision instruments and engineering blueprint interpretation.
• Emphasis on detail, organizational prowess, and time management skills.
• Adaptability to workload shifts guided by customer priority dynamics.
• Proficiency in English for effective communication.

If You Can:

• Demonstrate robust troubleshooting capabilities.
• Navigate manual machining environments efficiently.
• Comfortably command machines like CNC Mills and Lathes.
