We boldly go. **Position Description** + Aware of the safety, quality, and production of the team. + Ability to learn skill sets including caulking, installation of unit parts/components, labeling, cleaning for audits, etc... + Ability to use power tools such as grinders, screw guns, caulking guns, etc... + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. + Ability to bend down and reach up. + Ability to read a tape measure. + Ability to work at heights, either via ladder or fall protection. + Assist the team in decision making, problem solving, and continuous improvement process. + Perform duties as needed associated with the performance of the work cell. + Must be able to learn and perform all jobs within a team. + Demonstrate an absolute commitment to safety + Assist in identifying and resolving problems. + Perform any additional duties as required. + Complete ongoing training as required. **Qualifications:** + Willingness to learn all tasks required to perform the job. + Willing to work overtime as needed. + Basic mechanical aptitude to use equipment and maintain general understanding of business process. + Ability to perform work in a varied environment (Examples: on ladders, in high places, in confined areas). + Knowledge of and willingness to comply with all general work rules, policies and procedures, including safety guidelines and procedures. + Good teamwork skills. + High school diploma or GED. + Ability to identify routine problem causation and correct routine problems. + Basic math skills. + Commitment to performing quality work. + Ability to learn to operate all equipment associated with the job; including, but not limited to, power hand tools, forklifts, skyjacks, cranes, and measuring devices.
