From morning lattes to afternoon pick-me-ups, Baristas at the Coeur d'Alene Resort's Lobby Café keep the energy flowing. If you're fast on your feet, friendly under pressure, and love the rhythm of a busy café, this role is a great fit.

Our team focuses on speed, consistency, and creating a welcoming moment for every Guest, even during a rush. Whether you're pulling espresso shots or chatting with someone at the register, you'll play a key role in the start of their day.

Job Basics:

• Location: Coeur d'Alene, Idaho
• Schedule: Full-time or part-time; must be available on weekends
• Experience:  Previous barista or café experience preferred
• Pay Range: $25–$30 per hour (includes base wage and average tips)

What You'll Do:

• Prepare and serve espresso, coffee, blended drinks, and teas
• Greet every Guest with warmth, accuracy, and professionalism
• Keep the workspace clean, organized, and stocked
• Support teammates during rushes and shift transitions
• Restock product and monitor inventory levels
• Follow health, safety, and food-handling procedures
