Behavior Specialist (BT) Responsibilities: - Implement evidence-based ABA techniques to support children with autism in home and community settings.
- Teach essential life and social skills to promote meaningful growth.
- Collect session data, track progress, and collaborate with supervising BCBAs.
- Contribute to team meetings and trainings to enhance your skills.
- Communicate effectively with families and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
Behavior Specialist (BT) Skills and Qualifications: - A compassionate, adaptable team player with strong communication and listening skills.
- Previous experience working with children, particularly those with disabilities, is a plus.
- Able to complete RBT training and pass certification within 45 days of hire.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and car insurance.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
