Your impact

From CNC coolant and filter changes to preventative checks on lighting, HVAC, and plumbing, you'll be the steady hand that keeps production and people supported. When the weather turns, you'll shift smoothly into lawn care or snow removal (including shoveling), and you'll help keep the shop organized and clean so everyone can work at their best.

Core responsibilities

• General facility maintenance: minor repairs, painting, and ongoing upkeep
• Maintain shop equipment, including changing coolant and filters on CNC machines and other machinery
• Lawn care, landscaping, and snow removal (including shoveling) as needed
• Monitor and maintain lighting, HVAC, and plumbing systems
• Support shop organization and cleanup to ensure a safe, efficient workspace
• Partner with team members and management to resolve issues and complete maintenance projects promptly
• Document maintenance and repair activities accurately
• Comply with all safety procedures and regulations

What sets you up for success

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
• Demonstrated experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a related trade
• Detail-focused problem solver with strong follow-through
• Thrives both independently and as a collaborative teammate
• Clear communicator with solid interpersonal skills
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems (preferred)
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
• Physically capable of lifting, bending, and outdoor work in all weather conditions
