We are seeking a professional and energetic Busser to join our team at a high-volume, upscale restaurant . The Busser plays a key role in creating a seamless dining experience by maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. You will support servers, expedite table turnovers, and ensure guests enjoy exceptional service in a fast-paced, fine-dining setting.
Key ResponsibilitiesTable Maintenance: Quickly clear, clean, and reset tables between courses and after guests leave to maintain a smooth service flow.
Guest Support: Assist servers by refilling water glasses, replenishing bread or table items, and ensuring guest needs are met promptly.
Service Assistance: Deliver food items, condiments, or extra utensils to tables as directed by servers or managers.
Cleanliness: Keep dining areas, service stations, and walkways clean, sanitized, and free of debris at all times.
Team Coordination: Communicate efficiently with servers, bartenders, and hosts to ensure timely seating and table readiness.
Fine Dining Standards: Uphold high-end service protocols, including proper handling of glassware, china, and silverware.
Speed & Efficiency: Maintain composure and professionalism in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak service hours.
Previous experience in a busy, upscale or fine-dining restaurant strongly preferred.
Strong work ethic and the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand, walk, and move quickly for extended periods.
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
