Salary: $56,680 - 71,875 per year Requirements:

• Skills: Cybersecurity, Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Security Operations
• Certifications: None required
• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
• US Citizenship Required: No
• Education: A degree in a relevant IT field is preferred, but experience can replace educational qualifications. The ideal candidate will hold Sec+/A+/Network+ certification or an equivalent. Must be willing to obtain Sec+ certification within six months of hiring.

Responsibilities:

• As a Cyber Security Analyst Associate, you will:
• Join a security team supporting an enterprise-level unified communications program across all 50 states and territories.
• Provide entry-level support for a 24x7 security operations center (SOC) including monitoring and incident response, while assisting with the development, auditing, and documentation of secure IT infrastructures.
• Monitor and evaluate Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) and Security Information and Event Monitoring systems (SIEM) to identify and address security vulnerabilities.
• Detect suspicious or malicious intrusion attempts and compromises through detailed reviews and analysis of event data.
• Help conduct investigations into information systems security breaches and incidents, and report findings to management as needed.
• Compile incident reports detailing analysis methodologies and outcomes.
• Communicate alerts about intrusions, compromises, and security or policy violations affecting network infrastructure, applications, and operating systems.
• Assist in performing security audits to ensure secure system operations and compliance with established security policies and procedures.
• Help identify system vulnerabilities and monitor compliance with security and privacy regulations, laws, and contractual obligations.
• Assist in maintaining security documentation and periodic security reporting and metrics.

The position is based in Oklahoma City, OK, requires shift work (available shifts: 6 am - 2 pm CST, 2 pm - 10 pm CST, or 10 pm - 6 am CST) including weekends.

The expected salary range for this role is between $56,680 - $71,875, though actual compensation will be determined by experience, location, and contractual requirements.
