You are…

You are the Director for All In Media, overseeing the development and expansion of a new content vertical—from early-stage ideas to a scalable media and events brand. You are responsible for formulating the strategy, managing a creative team, producing engaging multi-format content, and executing both in-person and live-streamed events. This senior role is ideal for a creative and operational leader with the experience to manage talent, oversee budgets, and drive both audience growth and revenue.

You will…

  • Lead and manage the iGaming content vertical, overseeing all digital content, live event programming, and overall team operations.

  • Build, hire, and mentor a multidisciplinary team that includes content creators, editors, video producers, social leads, and event coordinators.

  • Shape and evolve the content roadmap—developing original shows, editorial series, and social formats that move from concept to full execution.

  • Plan and execute live activations such as interactive tournaments, live-streamed events, and influencer gatherings.

  • Collaborate with brand, affiliate, and sponsorship teams to create and drive monetization opportunities.

You have:

  • 5+ years of leadership in content strategy, editorial, video production, or event programming—ideally with experience in iGaming, gaming, or entertainment sectors.

  • Proven track record of building and leading teams within fast-paced, creative environments.

  • Deep understanding of iGaming culture, audience behavior, and content formats that resonate across diverse platforms.

  • Experience in launching new content products or verticals from the ground up.

  • Strong background in planning and executing live events, preferably within gaming or lifestyle media.

  • A data-driven mindset with strong operational and budget management skills.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, and other video/social platforms.

  • Experience working with talent, influencers, or streamers in the iGaming or lifestyle space.

  • Knowledge of iGaming laws and content compliance in the U.S. or international markets.

  • Background in affiliate or sponsorship-based content models.
