DIRECTOR OF CUSTOMER SERVICE

A growing, privately held company in the metal building systems industry is looking for a Director of Customer Experience to lead strategy and execution across every customer touchpoint. You’ll champion the voice of the customer, guide a high-performing team, and partner across departments to make doing business smoother, easier, and more rewarding—for builders, erectors, and key partners alike.
This is a strategic leadership role with operational influence. You’ll map the customer journey, define success metrics (NPS, CSAT, resolution times), and implement innovations that keep this company ahead of the curve.
Key Focus Areas:
Build and lead a customer-first culture across teams
Streamline onboarding and post-sale support
Improve systems and tools for customer interaction
Use data and feedback to drive continuous improvement
Be a visible leader inside and outside the organization
What They’re Looking For:
8+ years in customer service or Customer Experience leadership
Metal Building experience strongly preferred (may consider related construction or manufacturing)
Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and data-informed decision making
Comfortable with CRM tools and digging into feedback metrics
