Job Description

Salary: $224,000 - 356,500 per year Requirements:

  • I hold an MS or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related computationally focused science or engineering degree (or possess equivalent experience).
  • I have over 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a technical role and 3 years in an engineering leadership position.
  • I possess in-depth knowledge of linear algebra and performance optimization for Deep Learning training and inference.
  • I have a background in parallel programming, including technologies such as CUDA, OpenMP, MPI, and pthreads.
  • I am fluent in C/C++ programming, with a profound understanding of algorithms and software development.
  • I understand CPU and GPU architecture fundamentals and can perform low-level performance optimizations.
  • I have excellent written communication and presentation abilities.
  • I demonstrate a proven track record in planning and leading critical initiatives.
Responsibilities:
  • I will lead my team in optimizing and developing algorithms for Machine Learning and Deep Learning applications.
  • I will define and drive technical initiatives to enhance the state-of-the-art in accelerated Deep Learning and Machine Learning applications.
  • I will collaborate with research, hardware, and software teams to influence the design of next-generation hardware, software, and programming models.
  • I will develop and communicate technical solutions to both external and internal collaborators, detailing technical design decisions and project plans.
  • I will hire top talent to join my team, cultivating a diverse and skilled group capable of tackling complex technical challenges.
  • I will coach and develop my team, fostering a culture of engineering excellence and idea proliferation.

As an integral member of our AI DevTech team, you will oversee a group of highly skilled engineers dedicated to accelerating end-to-end performance for real-world Deep Learning and Machine Learning applications while creating innovative algorithms to fully utilize NVIDIA hardware.
