We are seeking an Entry-Level Junior Marketing Associate to join our rapidly growing team and contribute to the success of our expanding list of clients. Our firm specializes in developing new revenue streams for clients through on-site promotions, innovative marketing strategies , and personalized advertising campaigns . Each product campaign is tailored to target the specific needs and preferences of the client’s market.

As we’ve recently added new clients to our event portfolio, we’re looking for motivated individuals to assist with marketing events and help grow our clients' presence in the regional market. This position plays a key role in the Promotional Events Team and reports directly to management, making it an exciting opportunity for those eager to grow their skills in marketing and promotions.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Promotions Team in developing and executing marketing strategies for each event.
  
• Coordinate event activities , including setup, visual merchandising, and inventory control.
  
• Process, generate, and track event sales .
  
• Organize event logistics , timelines, and schedules to ensure smooth operations.
  
• Serve as an enthusiastic member of the event staff, leading by example for interns and new associates.
  
• Act as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders during promotional events.
  

Requirements

• Strong desire to work in sales, marketing, retail , or customer service .
  
• Positive attitude with an eagerness to learn and grow in the marketing field.
  
• Strong work ethic and a desire to succeed .
  
• Exceptional communication skills —both verbal and written.
  
• Ability to talent scout new associates and expand the team in the local area.
  
• Capability to mentor and train entry-level associates .
