Overview:

R77 is supporting an events company based in Malta, Were they are seeking a highly organised and creative Events Manager to plan and execute high-impact events, conferences, and networking gatherings. This role involves full-cycle event management, from planning to on-site execution and post-event reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and deliver events (live and virtual) across Malta and Europe
• Liaise with vendors, venues, and internal stakeholders
• Oversee budgeting, logistics, guest lists, and sponsor requirements
• Ensure brand visibility and lead generation opportunities through events
• Prepare post-event reports, gather feedback, and suggest improvements

Requirements:

• 3+ years in event management, preferably in the gaming or tech sector

• Strong project management and organisational skills

• Fluent in English; other languages a plus

• Experience with event platforms, tools, and CRM systems

• Creative, flexible, and solution-orientated
