This is not your typical engineering role.
We're building a new product team. Our major focus is the creation of an AI-native enterprise platform that reimagines how modern organizations connect tools, data, and teams. It's ambitious. The vision is clear, but there's ambiguity too - and that's where you thrive.
We're looking for a Full Stack Lead Engineer who doesn't just write code, but thinks in systems, builds fast, and helps shape the future of both product and team. You'll partner closely with the Global Product Design Director to define what's next.
This isn't just code. It's architecture, product thinking, challenging the status quo, problem framing, fast iteration, and building systems that scale with intelligence and intent. It's about leading the charge in building something that actually matters.


What you'll do
Partner with product design, product owner, and leadership to shape the products. You will define and build MVPs, iterate on prototypes, and evolve our modular AI platform into a powerful experience.
Set the tone for engineering culture - combining autonomy, ownership, and technical excellence.
Work across the stack: backend APIs, cloud infrastructure, complex front-end components.
Develop custom middleware and backend features that bridge the front-end with AI backend systems - including session management, prompt handling, permissions logic, and data workflows.
Design and build integrations with third-party SaaS platforms. Building connectors, agents, and task automation will be part of your daily coding challenges.
The tech stack includes React, Tailwind CSS, Jest, Cypress, Mico-Frontends (Module Federation), Nx and a deep understanding of Reacts Re-rendering process, Node.js, GCP, Tailwind. Contribute to both front-end and back-end development, ensuring that the AI prompt interface operates smoothly across the entire stack.
Embrace ambiguity: you'll thrive in the grey, make decisions without all the data, and help guide the team through uncertainty.
Bring curiosity, hunger, and creativity to everything you do. Explore, prototype, and keep us on the frontier of AI tooling.
Contribute to decisions on infrastructure, DevOps, and scaling strategy. Help build out the engineering team with e.g. mobile app and native desktop app divisions.


Who you are
Fluent in modern full-stack development: React, Tailwind, Node.js or NestJS, GCP or other cloud platforms.
Comfortable with backend technologies like Java, .NET, and building robust APIs and middleware systems.
Experienced in connecting frontend and backend services - with an eye for both performance and flexibility.
You're ready to step into the next version of yourself. You are hungry to build a team, a culture and a technical revolution. You have led engineers before - maybe informally, maybe officially.
You've shipped real products at product companies.
Strategic thinker and a hands-on coder. You love the craft of building, exploring emerging tech, but you also zoom out and think about the bigger picture.
Curious by default. You chase new tools, new ideas, and better ways to build.


Nice-to-haves
Experience working with MCP, AI agents, Agent2Agent, and conversational interfaces
Bonus points if you've got skills in Solutions Architecture, SysOps, or Networking, with certifications from AWS, Azure, or CompTIA
Knowledge of authentication protocols like OAuth2, SAML, or OpenID or enterprise SSO flows.
Zero to one experience with thrilling stories to share
LLMs and RAGs.
Foundational UX and product design skills.
