TNT Services has been in business since 1989 and is the largest pressure wash company providing service to light-duty and medium-duty fleet vehicles in Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky. We are also the leader in Semi-Truck and Bus Body repair, reconditioning, and detailing. Over the past fifteen years, we have expanded our services outside of power wash to become the complete appearance specialist. Services include but are not limited to the commercial building, storefronts, flat surfaces, garages, and snow plowing, making TNT desirable to our customers and their needs.

We are an aggressively growing company that has more than doubled in size in the last three years and has expanded our locations to include Cincinnati, Indianapolis, Kentucky, Cleveland, Michigan, along with our corporate offices in Columbus.

TNT Services has an immediate 3rd shift  need for our growing  Commercial Power Washing Department . TNT Services seeks hardworking, self-motivated individuals ready to start work today. Because we are unique, we will train the right candidate to be ready to learn a new trade. We are looking for power washers to clean trucks and commercial facilities. Most people do not have power-washing experience, which is okay! We will train you! Some people who enjoy this role come from previous construction, valet parking, window cleaning, roofing, landscaping, or other physical laborer positions, and occasionally some warehouse, factory, and manufacturing workers.  Power Wash Technicians- (Delivery Driver, delivering a power washing service).

This position does come with  a $1,000.00 RETENTION BONUS , a breakdown of the retention bonus listed below (limited to qualified drivers).

Power Wash Technicians Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Operate power washing equipment for use to clean flat surface concrete and buildings
• Responsible for completion of route
• Responsible for troubleshooting of power wash equipment.
• Relationship Focused
• Work is performed in all sorts of environments, conditions, weather, and seasons. Work is physical, and endurance-based with prolonged and repeated: lifting (up to 50 lbs) bending, twisting, standing, climbing, crawling, reaching, lifting, pulling, pushing, and crouching.

We require our power washers to meet the following insurance requirements:

• Must be at least 22 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have a clean MVR report (max 4 points on license)
• This role does  NOT  require any forklift training, manufacturing experience or supply chain experience.

TNT offers comprehensive benefits including:

• Competitive Salary $20.00 per hour (with opportunity for an incentivized pay structure earning up to $22 per hour on average)
• Retention Bonus (paid out incremental with active status with the company, limited to qualified drivers)
• $200.00 at 30 days, $300.00 at 90 days, and $500 at six months (Note these payouts are based off Full Time hours posted, with minimum hours being met at the time of payout at 30 days 160 hours, at 90 days 500 hours and 6 months 1040 hours).
