Job Description

We’re a fast-growing supplements brand in the health & wellness space, creating products that help people feel and perform their best. We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who can blend creativity, strategy, and execution across a wide range of channels—from ads and organic social to retail displays and web design.

You should be comfortable working autonomously, managing multiple projects at once, and collaborating asynchronously with a remote team.

Please ensure that your portfolio contains samples across web, organic social, paid social, and retail collateral.

What You’ll Do

• Advertising & Organic Social: Design high-converting creative for paid ads and engaging assets for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms.
• Web Design: Create graphics for product detail pages (PDPs), homepage banners, landing pages, and promotional campaigns.
• Email: Develop eye-catching layouts for email campaigns that align with brand guidelines and drive engagement.
• Retail: Support design of packaging elements, in-store displays, and other retail marketing collateral.
• Create in-person collateral for sampling events as needed.
• Source, organize, and manage relevant assets within Air. Be comfortable locating relevant assets for yourself within Air as needed.
• Deliver reusable design templates and systems in Figma for the marketing and creative teams.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, and e-commerce teams through ClickUp to execute projects from concept to launch.

Requirements

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a portfolio showcasing work in health, wellness, and/or supplements.
• Proven ability to design for ads, organic social, web, retail, and email.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Experience using Air (or similar) for asset management.
• Experience delivering Figma templates for cross-team use.
• Experience using ClickUp (or similar) to manage creative workflows and deadlines.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and brand systems.
• Ability to self-manage, prioritize, and meet deadlines in an asynchronous work environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• UX design experience for web and e-commerce.
• Ability to write or refine copy for digital and print assets.
