INVENTORY AND LOGISTICS COORDINATOR
We are looking for an experienced INVENTORY AND LOGISTICS COORDINATOR in Elizabethtown, NC.

• Reconciling inventory after each kiln is processed, process all kiln invoices, compare/contrast inventory continuously, load and unload kilns, de-stack bundles when they are processed, process tallies for each location and maintain kiln spreadsheet and coordinate with kiln manager regarding lumber and when it will be processed.
• Will also schedule shipments, track product movement, maintain and oversee trucking schedule, compare new/existing inventory, import and enter data, generate pick-list and send to kiln, ensure export documentation is in order and leverage company trucks.
• Will assist sales by reviewing inventory daily, process all new orders, create reports for weekly meetings, and manage customer expectations. Responsible for managing and maintaining broker relationships.

Requirements:

• The successful candidate will be an effective communicator, be organized, have excellent data entry and Excel spreadsheet skills, be a team player and be someone who will always go the extra mile. 
• Must be able to multi-task, be customer focused, understand and deal with change effectively and efficiently, and work in a stressful, fast-paced environment.
