About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic junior AWS Cloud Computing Specialist for our apprenticeship program at Overland Park, KS. This role offers a unique opportunity to kickstart your career in cloud technology and gain hands-on experience with AWS services.

Job Responsibilities

• Debug existing software and correct defects
• Assist in seamless information migration to cloud platforms
• Provide recommendations for improving documentation and software development process standards
• Develop simple data queries for existing or proposed databases or data repositories
• Integrate existing software into new or modified systems or operating environments, including Cloud technologies

Eligibility Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Office tools, especially creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Ability to analyze data and communicate ideas clearly
• Prior experience with Python or a demonstrated ability to learn quickly
• Demonstrated interest in IT and/or cloud computing
• Must not have completed a Bachelor's degree (our apprenticeship is designed for those seeking an alternative pathway into tech)

Salary & Benefits

• $18-$21 / hour salary commensurate with experience
