We are looking for an entry-level IT Inventory Clerk to help track and update IT equipment details in a hospital. This role mainly involves data entry and basic asset tracking. No prior IT experience is required-just attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:Record IT asset information (computers, printers, servers, networking equipment) in Excel .
Update asset details, including location, condition, and serial numbers.
Help verify existing records and report discrepancies.
Assist IT staff with simple inventory tasks.
Follow hospital policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Excel .
Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Ability to walk/stand in hospital areas and lift up to 25 50 lbs occasionally.
Willingness to follow instructions and learn on the job.
