**Aerotek is hiring Journeyman Electricians for a company in Memphis, TN. These positions are 1st shift paying $30-$35/hr depending on experience. 6 month contract to hire. If interested and qualified, please apply for immediate consideration.** **Responsibilities** + Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems within commercial buildings. + Ensure all electrical work complies with local and national regulations, including the NEC. + Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams. + Perform tasks independently or collaboratively as part of a team. + Troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently. + Bend conduit and run wiring through commercial buildings. **Essential Skills** + 5+ years of electrical experience. + 3-5 years of experience running wire and conduit. + Ability to bend pipe more than 90 degrees. + Proven experience in commercial electrical work including installation, maintenance, and repair. + Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building regulations. + Proficiency with electrical tools and troubleshooting. + Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Physical strength and stamina. + Strong communication skills. + Problem-solving abilities. **Work Environment** Work primarily in commercial buildings, both indoors and outdoors. Engage in physical tasks such as climbing ladders, lifting equipment, and working in tight spaces.
