We are looking to IMMEDIATELY HIRE an enthusiastic and motivated Leasing Agent WITH OR WITHOUT EXPERIENCE.

Qualifications:

• Must be Bilingual in Spanish.
• We are looking for Experience and No Experience we will train you.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong people skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist prospective tenants with inquiries and provide excellent customer service throughout the leasing process.
• Conduct property tours and showcase available units, highlighting features and amenities.
• Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and leasing activities using property management software.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve tenant issues and enhance overall tenant satisfaction.
• Utilize bilingual communication skills to assist Spanish-speaking clients effectively.
