As a Senior UX Researcher, your primary responsibility will be to prepare the next generation of health professionals by providing insights that drive our content and assessment tools. You'll work as part of a dynamic innovation team, collaborating on UX research alongside a UX Designer and UX Strategist. Our global UX research team caters to clinicians, scientists, and aspiring clinicians in various countries, with 13 diverse user researchers based in China, India, the Netherlands, the UK, and the US. We prioritize user-centric research, continuously improving our craft through collaboration. In this role, you'll work with two squads, engaging with stakeholders, devising research strategies, and conducting research activities in conjunction with a team of product leaders, a UX designer, a UX strategist, and engineering leads. Your research methodologies will be applied within the context of nursing education & assessments, and you'll report directly to the Lead UX Researcher. This is a remote role, but you may be asked to travel to the office to collaborate with the team in Philadelphia. You also must work EST hours as there will be global team members in other time zones.

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a UX Researcher

• Seniority - Proficiency in 3 or 4 distinct research methods, with a mastery of 2 of them, and a history of providing mentorship.

• Successfully conducted 20-30 research studies, conducting in-depth interviews, and creating write-ups (3-4-week turnaround)

• UX Research Portfolio outlining/displaying work done in previous projects

• High Character - Longevity in previous roles, go-getter attitude, collaborative mindset - Master's degree in UX Research, Design, or Strategy

• Nursing Background

• Education Background
