Join Our Team of Professional Backup Nannies – Make a Real Difference!

Location: Denver, CO | In-Person | Part-Time & Full-Time Opportunities

Are you passionate about caring for children and creating meaningful experiences? Crunch Care is seeking reliable, experienced, and energetic nannies to join our Backup Care Team and support families when their regular care plans fall through.

What We’re Looking For:

• Availability for at least 2 full weekdays (Mon–Fri).
• 2+ years of professional child care experience (with infants, toddlers, or school-aged kids).
• 3–4 professional references in the child care field.
• CPR Certified (or willing to become certified).
• Great communication, punctuality, and a nurturing personality.
• Must be 18+.
• Reliable transportation (not required for NYC or SF).

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay: $18–$20 , paid bi-weekly via direct deposit.
• Overtime & daily bonus pay for last-minute bookings.
• W2 employee status (not a contractor!).

Work 150+ Hours/Month & Receive:
