Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Technical Support Specialist. In this role, you will assist customers via phone and video, providing support for technical inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide top-notch technical support via phone, video, and occasional chat, guiding customers through troubleshooting and software navigation.
Assist customers in locating prior years' tax returns and amendments with clear, helpful instructions.
Research and analyze customer issues to determine the best course of action and resolve inquiries effectively.
Foster a positive experience by embodying the values of empathy and care during every customer interaction, offering solutions and, when needed, escalating to higher levels of expertise.
Accurately document all customer interactions, including issues, resolutions, and any necessary follow-up actions.
