Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Maintenance Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations of our landscape maintenance crews. This role ensures that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to company standards while providing leadership and support to team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of landscape maintenance crews.
Schedule, assign, and monitor work to ensure timely and quality completion.
Train, mentor, and evaluate crew members to promote skill development and safety practices.
Inspect job sites to ensure work meets client expectations and company standards.
Maintain equipment, materials, and inventory needed for operations.
Communicate effectively with clients, management, and team members.
Track hours, job costs, and productivity to meet performance goals.
Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, equipment, and horticulture.
Ability to read and follow site plans and instructions.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
