✅ Qualifications
✔️ Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related discipline
✔️ Valid ARRT certification and Indiana state radiologic licensure
✔️ EKG certification (e.g., CCI or NHA) preferred
✔️ 2+ years of experience in radiography and EKG testing; hospital experience strongly preferred
✔️ Technical fluency in X-ray/EKG operations, equipment care, and digital imaging systems
✔️ Strong communication, precision, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Prepare and position patients for imaging and cardiac diagnostics while ensuring safety
✔️ Operate and maintain X-ray and EKG equipment, performing basic troubleshooting as needed
✔️ Assess image quality, conduct retakes when necessary, and ensure timely reporting to medical staff
✔️ Organize patient records, maintain departmental supplies, and track imaging data
✔️ Perform and interpret EKGs, sharing critical findings with the care team
✔️ Contribute to performance improvement initiatives and train peers when needed
