We started as spa owners with 7 locations across the country and quickly realized the biggest opportunity wasn't just in owning spas — it was in helping other med spas, day spas, health and wellness providers, and beauty businesses run profitable body-sculpting promotional events.

Our model is simple: we partner with spas nationwide, bring in our proven sales event system, and help them generate tens of thousands of dollars in new revenue over a single weekend. We're expanding fast, and our team of appointment setters is mission-critical to that growth.

At LCS, you won't just be “making dials.” You'll be on the front lines of our nationwide expansion, sparking the conversations that turn into multi-thousand-dollar deals for our partners and big commissions for you.

What Success Looks Like 

As an Appointment Setter, you'll be cold calling spa owners and decision-makers across the country and booking them onto the Events Director's calendar for a full presentation. Each booked call is a potential new partnership — and you'll be the one who makes it happen.

Our setters are expected to book 2 qualified calls per day (about 40 per month) while maintaining quality standards. Hitting quota consistently will put your earnings in the $54,000–$90,000+ range annually, with performance bonuses on top.

Responsibilities (Tasks Associated with the Role) 

  • Cold-call spa owners and decision-makers across the U.S.
  • Book qualified appointments for the Events Director.
  • Hit quota of 2 qualified booked calls/day (40/month).
  • Provide accurate daily reporting of calls, booked appointments, and pipeline status.
  • Communicate effectively with the sales team inside Slack.
  • Show up prepared and on time for all team meetings and training sessions.
  • Keep CRM (GoHighLevel) updated with accurate data and notes.

Results (Expected Accomplishments) 

  • Book at least 2 qualified sales appointments per day
  • Maintain a 70%+ show-up rate
  • Achieve a consistent monthly quota

Compensation for this role is an extremely rewarding, commission-based + performance bonus structure + guaranteed draw. You can expect to make around $54,000–$90,000+  per year, increasing as your setting rate improves. Requirements 

  • Proven experience of at least 1+ years in sales and/or completed a paid appointment-setting program. 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills. 
  • Persistent and results-oriented – You're hungry to win! 
  • Must be able to take initiative, run with it, and be coachable. 
  • Comfortable working EST hours 
  • Reliable high-speed internet (WIFI) and ability to work remotely
  • Fast typing speed (50+ WPM preferred)
