Job Title: Scrum Master

Location: Plano, TX AND Georgetown, KY (Onsite)

Responsibilities:

Proven experience in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Scaled Agile, with a strong understanding of Agile principles and practices
Ability to lead and facilitate three Agile teams, ensuring effective collaboration, communication, and adherence to Scrum processes
Strong skills in conflict resolution and problem-solving to address team challenges and foster a positive team environment
Experience in coaching team members on Agile practices and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Proficient in using Jira for project management, including creating and managing boards, tracking progress, generating reports/dashboard, and creating Jira Plans (roadmaps).

Skills :

The Scrum Master is responsible for facilitating all scrum events and ensuring transparency to team's commitments.
They support daily scrums, manage mitigation of impediments help track and remove blockers, and facilitate sprint reviews to gather stakeholder feedback.
They also lead retrospectives, ensure follow-up on improvement actions, and manage team-level impediments
Additionally, they track and report on team's delivery metrics such as velocity and burndown charts, coordinate backlog refinements, and provide agile coaching and onboarding support.
Success is measured by the team's velocity stability, the percentage of committed work completed in each sprint, the number of defects identified post-sprint, the completion rate of retrospective action items, and overall team engagement and health, often captured through surveys or check-ins.
