In this role, you will design and deliver engaging brand experiences that spark loyalty, advocacy, and delight across digital touchpoints. Working at the crossroads of product, marketing, and growth design, you will transform creative ideas into interactive and celebratory experiences that customers love to share. Your work will elevate lifecycle moments, showcase customer impact, and strengthen brand storytelling on a global scale. This is a highly collaborative role, partnering with cross-functional teams to bring bold concepts to life and ensure every design feels polished, playful, and resonant.

Accountabilities

• Conceptualize and design branded experiences that celebrate customer milestones and achievements.
• Create scalable, engaging design systems across product, email, and social channels.
• Elevate product and lifecycle touchpoints to feel polished, interactive, and on-brand.
• Visualize customer impact and value through innovative design approaches.
• Partner with marketing, product, engineering, and data teams to deliver experiences that delight.
• Ensure all outputs are accessible, adaptable, and effective across global audiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or product design.
• A portfolio showcasing expertise in digital brand systems, storytelling, and interactive design.
• Strong visual and motion design skills; mastery of Figma, Adobe CC, and generative AI tools.
• Familiarity with motion and prototyping tools; experience with Rive, Lottie, and After Effects is a plus.
• Service design background is advantageous.
• Proven ability to collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to ship impactful experiences.
• Detail-oriented with a strong eye for accessibility and localization in global contexts.
