The Growth Strategy Office drives long-term business planning, market intelligence, and M&A initiatives that align with MHI’s global objectives and carbon reduction goals.
We are seeking a Senior Business Strategy Manager to lead strategic planning, market analysis, and M&A support for our datacenter and electrification businesses. This role will be instrumental in identifying growth opportunities, guiding executive decision-making, and supporting high-impact transactions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in the data center and electrification sectors, strong analytical capabilities, and a collaborative leadership style.
The ideal candidate will have at least8+ years of experience in business strategy, market analysis, or business development, preferably in the data center or technology sectors and 5+ years of experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives.
