Job Title :Senior .NET Full Stack Developer (ASP.NET MVC, C#, WCF, SQL, Healthcare HIPAA)

Location : Albany, NY(Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualifications :

• Proficient in using Microsoft Visual Studio to design and develop complex n-tier web applications leveraging the ASP.NET MVC framework.
• Experienced in developing and maintaining web applications that integrate hooks, plugins, DLLs, and APIs.
• Skilled in creating modern backend solutions using C# and applying object-oriented programming principles, ensuring applications are scalable, maintainable, adhere to single-responsibility, and follow highest security standards.
• Strong experience with relational databases, including database design and modeling, PL/SQL development, debugging, stored procedures, packages, indexes, triggers, and table creation, with proficiency in SQL tools for coding and data manipulation.
• Experienced in Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and application integration, including developing secure .NET web services using WCF, SOAP/RESTful APIs, message and queue processing, and/or Enterprise Service Bus (ESB).
• Hands-on experience with .NET Core MVC framework for building modern web applications.
• Proficient in Git for version control and experienced in designing and implementing CI/CD workflows.
• Skilled at interpreting complex business requirements, extracting core use cases, and implementing robust application logic to meet those requirements.
• Experienced with user provisioning, authentication, and authorization using OKTA, LDAP, RSA, and Access Manager.
• Knowledgeable in coding and maintaining applications containing healthcare data subject to HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI) compliance.
