About Bush & Bush Law Group: At Bush & Bush Law Group, we are relentless advocates for the injured. Our practice focuses on 18-wheeler trucking accidents, motor vehicle accidents (MVA), and complex personal injury litigation . We are expanding our team and seeking an experienced trial attorney who thrives in the courtroom and is passionate about fighting for clients’ rights.

Key Responsibilities:

As a senior litigation attorney, you will manage a variety of personal injury cases, including car accidents, trucking accidents, and slip and fall incidents. Your duties will include:

• Manage a heavy litigation docket with an emphasis on trucking and MVA cases.
• Handle depositions, hearings, mediations, and jury trials .
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and trial briefs.
• Develop legal strategies and oversee cases from intake to resolution.
• Work collaboratively with paralegals, litigation support, and other attorneys.

Preferred Qualifications:

• First-chair jury trial experience.
• Spanish language proficiency (a plus in Texas market).
• Multi-jurisdiction litigation experience.

Schedule:

• Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM

Job Type: Full-time

License/Certification:

• Must be licensed to practice in Texas and in good standing with the Bar.
• Licensed in NY, Florida or both is a strong plus.
• Federal court licensure and appellate experience are a plus, but not required.

Compensation:

• $120,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year (or percentage of settled cases), depending on experience
• This is a full-time position with pay commensurate with experience.

Requirements

• Licensed in Texas, Florida, or New York (Texas strongly preferred).
• 3–5+ years of litigation and trial experience in personal injury law.
• Demonstrated success in motor vehicle accident and 18-wheeler litigation .
• Strong oral advocacy, negotiation, and trial skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
