Key Responsibilities:

• Design, write, and execute comprehensive test scripts for Salesforce applications.
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand requirements and provide clear testing insights.
• Act independently in QA tasks and contribute to strategic quality decisions.
• Lead or mentor QA processes and collaborate closely with other specialists on the team.
• Identify, track, and manage defects and provide timely resolutions.
• Maintain documentation and reporting throughout the testing lifecycle.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• 7 years’ experience minimum, required
• Professional-level English proficiency, required.

• Experience working with federal, state, or local governments entities, preferred. 
• Proven experience testing Salesforce applications, including script writing and execution.
• Strong background in QA lead roles with the ability to operate independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong, professional presence with a consultative mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
• Able to perform more varied and difficult tasks.
