Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SEO Manager III to join our team on a contract basis. This role involves conducting in-depth research on web pages, AI engines, and user questions to identify content trends and opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web research, familiarity with AI engines, and a solid understanding of SEO principles. This position offers the flexibility of being fully remote, but candidates must be available to work West Coast hours (PST).

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital PR strategies to enhance online visibility and brand reputation.
• Cultivate high-quality citations and brand mentions through engaging content creation and strategic outreach.
• Monitor online mentions and social media conversations to track brand sentiment and manage reputation effectively.
• Conduct AI engine and search audits to integrate optimization best practices into campaigns.
• Use digital analytics tools to track campaign performance, measure KPIs, and refine strategies based on data insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align digital PR efforts with broader marketing objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends, search engine algorithms, and digital media best practices.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills, including excellent written and verbal abilities.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and technical SEO.
• Proficiency with digital platforms, content management systems, and social media tools.
• Analytical skills to interpret data from tools like Google Search Console and inform strategies.
• Strategic thinking and planning capabilities to develop effective digital PR campaigns.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and stakeholders.
• Project management skills to oversee campaigns from conception to completion.
• Crisis management skills to handle sensitive situations and protect brand reputation.
• Optional skills: Communications, promotions, and affiliate marketing.

Pay Range: $45 - $50/hr. on W2

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
