Our client, an IT Services and Consulting company, is hiring a ServiceNow Business Analyst with strong experience in custom application development to join their Chicago team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will play a key part in bridging business needs with technical solutions by designing, building and delivering tailored ServiceNow applications that extend beyond standard out-of-the-box modules.
Responsibilities
Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze and document business requirements for custom ServiceNow applications.
Convert requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Partner with developers and architects to design and configure solutions using App Engine Studio and low-code/no-code tools.
Oversee testing, support UAT and ensure smooth deployment of new applications aligned with business objectives.
Promote platform adoption by providing end-user training and producing comprehensive documentation.
Skillset
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong emphasis on ServiceNow.
Practical expertise with App Engine Studio, Flow Designer and end-to-end custom application lifecycle management.
Strong skills in communication, facilitation and requirements gathering.
Proven experience working within Agile delivery frameworks.
