Responsibilities Operate snow removal equipment such as plow trucks, salt trucks, wheel loaders, and skid steers. Provide high-quality service for our clients. Work nights and weekends depending on snowfall. Report to work at scheduled starting times and maintain a professional appearance. Communicate effectively with supervisors and customers. Keep work areas and vehicles clean and professional. Clock in and out daily and complete necessary paperwork. Inform supervisors if equipment needs repair to ensure daily tasks can be performed. Qualifications Experience operating one or more of the following: plow truck, salt truck, wheel loader, skid steer. Valid Driver\'s License. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening. Working phone for daily/nightly communication with supervisors. Snow plowing and skid steer experience preferred. Compensation Pay: From \$22.00-\$37.00 per hour and up. Top pay will be based on position, experience and qualifications.
