Part-Time Social Media Coordinator

The Bridge Autism Clinic – St. Paul, MN

Part-time | On-site/Hybrid | 10–15 hours per week

Position Summary: The Bridge Autism Clinic is seeking a qualified and motivated Part-Time Social Media and Website Manager to oversee and enhance the organization’s online presence. This position is responsible for managing content across social media platforms, maintaining the clinic’s website, and supporting digital communication strategies that align with our mission and values.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media content across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Maintain and update website content to ensure information is accurate, engaging, and aligned with the clinic’s brand and tone.
  • Collaborate with leadership to promote clinic services, events, and recruitment initiatives.
  • Create and schedule high-quality visual and written content, including graphics, posts, and short videos.
  • Monitor social media engagement, analyze performance metrics, and recommend improvements to increase reach and visibility.
  • Ensure consistent branding and professional presentation across all digital channels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Associates degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience managing social media platforms or websites for an organization - portfolio of work required.
  • Proficiency with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace).
  • Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Associates degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and web analytics tools.
  • Understanding or interest in autism services and applied behavior analysis (ABA).

Schedule and Compensation:

  • Part-time: approximately 10–15 hours per week.
  • Flexible, hybrid scheduling options available - must reside locally
  • Compensation commensurate with experience - $19 - $23 per hour
