Are you passionate about building brands and connecting with audiences online? We’re looking for a creative and strategic **Social Media Manager** to take our digital presence to the next level!
### Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter, etc.)
* Create engaging, high-quality content (posts, stories, videos, and more)
* Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting
* Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with followers
* Analyze performance metrics and create reports to track growth and engagement
* Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices
* Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives
### ✅ Requirements:
* Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
* Strong understanding of major social media platforms and trends
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Creative mindset with strong design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools)
* Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies accordingly
* Highly organized and self-motivated
### Nice to Have:
* Experience with paid advertising on social media
* Basic photography and video production skills
* Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics
