Spanish, Portuguese, or Creole speakers needed ($23/hr)

We are looking for a bi-lingual, detail-oriented Referral Credentialing Specialist to support the accuracy and reliability of a community resource directory. In this role, you'll be responsible for reaching out to referral contacts to confirm and update key information, ensuring that the database remains current and accurate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Place outbound calls to referral contacts to verify contact and organizational details
• Accurately complete update forms and maintain detailed records
• Leave and respond to voicemails and emails professionally and promptly
• Navigate across multiple software platforms to input and manage data
• Collaborate with the team to ensure quality and consistency across records

Requirements:

• Must be fluent in either Spanish, Portuguese, or Haitian Creole
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, data entry, credentialing, or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
