This is a **full-time, onsite position** in **Little Rock, Arkansa** **s** , offering the opportunity to work on critical production and non-production databases. **What You'll Do:** + Install and upgrade SQL Servers, applying necessary service packs + Conduct routine database maintenance, including scheduling and performing tasks like rebuilding indexes and updating statistics + Utilize SQL Server native tools for performance monitoring and optimization + Manage SQL Server security, auditing, and encryption across environments + Plan and manage capacity for storage and database objects + Establish and execute database backup and recovery protocols + Create and test Disaster Recovery plans + Perform TSQL coding, tuning, and implement ETL methodologies + Support SQL Server High Availability methods such as Mirroring and Always On **What You'll Need:** Required _:_ + 10 years of experience in Senior SQL Database Administration + 8 years of experience with SQL Server 2016 or later + 6 years of Windows Server Administration experience + Relevant certifications + Availability for 24-hour support Preferred _:_ + Experience with FAST GenTax/DS-VS architecture and application maintenance + Familiarity with industry security standards such as PUB1075, FIPS, and PII + Knowledge of cloud computing and storage solutions + Skills in F5 and firewall administration + Experience with SAN, RAID Controllers, and other storage devices + Proficiency in Active Directory management + Strong communication skills, both oral and written **Physical Demands:** + Ability to perform sedentary work, primarily involving sitting + Frequent use of computer keyboard and monitor + Occasional lifting of items weighing up to 20 pounds \#LI-KW1 **Reasonable Accommodation Statement** If you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to application.accommodations@cai.io or (888) 824 - 8111. **Equal Employment Opportunity Policy Statement** CAI is committed to equal employment opportunity.
