**Job Title: Tig Welder** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled welder/fabricator to join our spray department. The ideal candidate should possess a keen attention to detail and be comfortable with repetitive tasks, as much of the work involves smaller parts. Experience with CNC drill machines is a plus. **Responsibilities** + Set-up and operate TIG welder, including purging and regulating current and voltage, and selecting the appropriate filler rod type and size. + Set-up and operate an orbital welder efficiently. + Work in accordance with detailed drawings and instructions. + Lift and carry parts of various sizes, shapes, and weights, with a maximum of 50 lbs. + Support the organization by completing miscellaneous tasks as assigned and participate in continuous quality improvement processes with a dedication to customer satisfaction. **Essential Skills** + 4+ years of experience with TIG welding. + 2+ years of experience welding on stainless steel and aluminum. + 2+ years of experience reading and interpreting welding blueprints. + Proficiency in quality inspection, welding, and assembly. + Mechanical skills, including the ability to use hand tools and build machines. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + ASME Certified with five years of work-related experience. + Experience in blueprint reading, fabrication, and fitting. + Experience in aluminum welding and fabrication. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Beloit, WI. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.
